Don't worry about that watermark. When you login to the gallery, you will notice that underneath each photo, there is a "download" button. When you download the photo, the watermark goes away. This is to ensure that you are using the high resolution version of the photo instead of just a screen shot. You can download the photos one at a time, which is what we recommend for mobile users, or you can download an entire gallery or album. If you download more than one photo, our system will compile all of the images and put them into ZIP files, each about 1 GB in size. We will then email you with a link to be able to download those zip files. You will need to decompress them in order to view the images. Most household computers have software automatically built in that will "decompress" or "extract" the ZIP files.
